Update: September 2022 Love this company, Luis & his team!!!! Had another job of removing two trees and inquired about it (wasn't thinking any specific timeframe and wasn't super urgent). They ended up driving from Santa Monica to the valley to help me the same day!!! Was not expected at all, but I'm so appreciative. They also helped me trim and prune my insanely overgrown olive tree and it looks so much better and can breathe now! Everything looks great and is left so clean afterwards. They could not make the whole process any easier!!!!

I have 4 palms in my tiny Venice yard.  I haven't had much luck finding someone to come out and trim just a few palms -- it's a small job, and a number of trimmers want to charge for travel time out to the westside. I get it and I don't blame them. But the past 2 years, I've used Affordable Tree Care.  I text them, and they just... magically show up in a few hours (or days).  If they're in the area, they'll swing by... like yesterday. They were doing a nearby job and swung by after 5pm and cleaned up my palms.  From the time I text'd affordable tree care to the time the job was done: 4 hours.   The price is really reasonable.  They made sure to do a good job cleaning up after the trimming was done, which was nice. You'd almost not even notice they were there! Overall, really happy with the price, the communication (and response time), and the quality of work. I would definitely recommend them again!

I like the customer service and work from Affordable Tree Care so much! I contacted a couple of tree services to do the estimate. Some of them replied really slow and some gave me a pretty high estimate. I know the labor fee is much higher than before, but i still cannot believe a such small yard like this needs over $500. After the manager came to my house to check the yard, he gave me a detailed estimate document with signature, which made me feels better than just text or oral agreement. One day later, they followed up to check whether we would like to go with it, and he said he could lower the fee if we would like to do it asap since their workers are nearby. I was working at home on that day so I was pretty good with the final price and the schedule. The workers are really nice and gentle. They worked really fast and carefully, on trimming and removing the dead tree. When they left, my yard and neighbor street were clean with no brunches and leaves at all.   The trees grow really well after trimming. I just left the review one month later to see the conditions of those trees. I highly recommend this business to our community and regions, no matter single family or townhomes. Hopefully everyone could have a pretty yard and enjoy the cooler weather!

Stop reading and just hire Luis and his amazing crew! I read a ton of reviews and called Luis this morning. I explained the situation with having a new house and no clue what to do with my palm trees. He was so friendly and explained everything and asked for some photos. I sent the photos, he quoted me very quickly, I approved, and the crew came out within HOURS. The trees look amazing and we have zero risk of branches falling on our new neighbor's car, which was one of our concerns. The crew was so very fast, cleaned up perfectly, and very helpful answering my questions. I am so thankful for this project being off my list so quickly. Thank you, thank you, thank you, Luis!
