Preet was quick to respond! Did a great job washing/cleaning solar panels. I gave 4 stars only bc the crew left bird droppings all over the back yard after the washing. Thought they would have thrown tarps on ground prior, but I guess that's why their price was cheaper than others. Not sure. Anyway, I'm still waiting for the bird proofing to be completed. Said he has to order materials which could take 1.5 weeks. Will addend review afterwards.

I have tried to be patient I've tried to be understanding but this company isn't the one for us. They don't come when they say they are going to come and the quality is intermittent. Sometimes it's good and sometimes it's not so good. We moved to weekly and was given a verbal quote no one showed up I texted my point of contact and he called to say he didn't remember the quote but he would call me back with a new date for service. That was on Friday evening we have not heard anything from him. I shared that we are particular about the lawn and even though they hadn't got it exact we were willing to give them time as we know it can take time to get it right. They forget weeds in some areas and said they would always take the waste which isn't required by me. Every time they have cut the waste is left behind. They don't keep their word and that is important to us.

Preet and his staff were very accommodating and professional. He managed to squeeze an appointment in for me as he had a last minute cancellation which worked out perfect. They did a great job in a timely manner and were very efficient. I plan to use his services moving forward and would highly reccomend him if u need your solar panels cleaned properly, especially if you're one like me to support local businesses.
