One Day Tree service

My tree fell onto the neighbors yard this past Wednesday and a large part of the tree was also on his new fence & his roof top. I reached out to OneDayTree on Thursday and Jose drove out the same day to give me a quote. I mentioned to Jose that time is of the essence because I did not want the tree to cause even more additional damage to my neighbors fence and the roof too. Needless to say , my neighbor is extremely stressed and I am also as well. I repeat to Jose, PLEASE ask your crew to not simply use brute force for this removal project PLEASE. "Don't worry" he said. Friday schedule was full , BUT he came up with a solution which was to squeeze me in for a few hrs only so to at least remove most of the major pieces on my neighbors side first and whereas he would finish off the remainder work on Saturday. Work began Friday and I'm watching and praying that no additional further damage will be caused by any one of the workers brute force. Saturday at 8am , the same crew returns and again I am fiercely watching and praying that no additional further damage will be caused by any one of the workers brute force. Did I worry ? Absolutely. Did Jose carry through with his promise? Absolutely ---------------- Hi Jose, Carlos and all 5 of your crew members did an amazing job . I was watching them the entire time and Not one slacker for the entire 2 days ..  These cheerful & gentle giants hacked and picked up giant pieces of lumbers (as if dandelions) and slowly positioned each lumber , each time , so not to stress the fence and the roof further. Be very careful though Jose, once your competitor sees this glowing and honest review , they may come after for all 5 of your crew members Great work & Thank You Very Much Sir. **and Margo @your office is great too, very patient and very helpful. I'm guessing due to fire season, a lot of tree trimming services are busy clearing dead trees and brush. It's taking several days for many companies to respond to estimate requests, but One Day Tree was reasonably quick to get back to me.  I was able to schedule an estimator to come look at my huge oak tree , even while I was at work and afterwards, he promptly sent me a detailed estimate by email . It was reasonably priced as well. Even though i decided not to go through with trimming at all , my experience with them was painless and smooth.

One Day had to cut back a lot of trees on my property. Once they did, I had to paint replace and paint the fence. I think it was a decade of overgrowth. When I felt they hadn't cut back enough, they were very responsive, came back out to review and then sent their guys back the day after to fix the issue. No complaints. Because of their professionalism, I had them repair my fence. It's a different part tor the company. Less responsive. The guys were a no call no show, but when they came they replaced my fence and fixed the issues.
