Richard was very professional and was very clear on what he was going to do.  He gave instructions on how to maintain the carpets properly after he was done.  For those that are buying groupons and other discount coupon sites, that's great, just realize this is hard work and business owners don't really make any money from it because Groupon takes their cut.  The only way they can benefit is if two things happen: 1. You continue to be a repeat customer 2. You refer them friends and family And if you got a great deal, consider tipping!  Recognize hard work and show your appreciation. Give Richard a tip if he provided a good service for you.  He will be my Carpet guy for now on! Thanks!

Richard was great to deal with at first and did clean my carpet in 3 areas that needed it as instructed. It looked cleaner than it was and paid for it. Now the issue, I asked him to fix an area of the carpet that was not properly set in place.  He wanted to charge me extra for it, which I was fine with. I was not home at the time he wanted to come fix the issue of the carpet lifting (not attached to the tack strip), therefore I left a key for his access. He texts me that he was there at the property, then proceeds to tell me to pay him for his service.  I wanted more then just a single photo of the fix, or him asking for payment. Therefore, I brought my friend who is a general contractor to help install some lights later in the day, and I wanted for him to review the job of the carpet to ensure it was done properly. All Richard did is put Tape down for the carpet to stick too, and didn't even fix the issue! It was a complete SCAM and my general contractor mentioned this job was not done right and hoped I didn't pay him... All that was needed was a new tack strip, set The tack strip in place, and set the carpet onto the tack strip.  This was not done!   Richard tried to pull a fast one, and get paid for work he hasn't done. WARNING: please be careful with this guy! I don't wish what I have gone through on anyone. Thank you,

I found their ad and after a rug doctor and two other cleaning services I decided to try this place. I have to say Richard was very responsive professional and friendly. He was on time asked what I had going on so he knew what treatment to use. I'm impressed with the look and the smell I definitely will be using this company again
