I called around 15 other Carpet Cleaning Companies and I couldn't not believe how much better Richard was just on the phone. The 15 other companies were rude, short, and just overall unpleasant. From the beginning, Richard was so friendly, accommodating, answered all of my questions with patience, and his yelp deal is such a great one! I wanted to give him 5 stars on yelp before he even got to our house to clean the carpets. I figured I should wait until he actually came to do the job before I rated him here.. haha So he came to the house and knocked out our large living room in an hour. He was so friendly, fast, and thorough. He even gave my boyfriend advice on how we should clean up our puppy's accidents in case it happens again on the carpet. Overall, amazing service. I highly recommend. Our carpet looks great!

They totally saved my life! I spilled red curry all over my carpet and they came in and got it all out. I called and left a message and they returned my call within an hour and I was able to book an appointment for the next morning. They showed up right on time, charged what they quoted me and it took exactly how long they said it would. Definitely a great experience and I'll be sure to use them again and recommend them to my friends.

I bought a Groupon for the service and called 4 times before I received a phone call back.  Before I purchased it I Wazed the distance and was within one mile of the maximum.  After finally receiving a phone call back, the man was very rude and said that he could not help me, he said it was Groupon's problem, and he had no advice as to how to go about returning the Groupon I purchased and he literally hung up on me while I was still talking.  I was very polite yet, his customer service attitude was less then satisfactory.  I would not recommend using this service as his attitude most likely will be reflected in his work ethic.

Great Service - would highly recommend!  I called to schedule an appointment and was immediately pleased with the customer service I received over the phone.  I was given a quote along with a date and time the following week that worked for my schedule.  When Richard arrived, he was friendly and professional.  I asked him about cleaning the stairs and doing a repair, which we had not previously discussed, and he gave me a great price and was able to do the additional work on the spot.  My carpets and couches look great!
