Busy Bee Chimney

We scheduled a cleaning for our chimney - time slot of 10-12. Mike Umstead called and asked what he would be doing and then said he would be there around noon. At 1:50pm, I called him to ask where he was and left him a message - he didn't respond by the end of the day. We called his office around 3:00pm and someone said they would find out where he was and get back to us. He never did. If they can't keep an appointment or have the courtesy to call and tell you they are running late or can't show, I can't imagine that they take much pride in their work.
