I was super impressed by this company! Not only was Richard on time, but he was early b/c he knew I had to get to work.  He also had my entire apt done in under an hour and  now the apartment looks brand new. He was professional, knowledgeable, and super friendly.  I have already referred him to a coworker!  I am a business owner as well and Richard showed me a great example of the impression I want to make. I am definitely taking a lesson from his book! Keep up the good work!

I never received service from this company because they would not honor a Groupon that clearly states in the fine print, "within 30 miles of 92064".  When I called to schedule service he asked if I read the fine print and then told me they only honor within 15 miles.  I can only read what is in front of me on the Groupon.  Regardless the distance between 92025 and 92064 is roughly 13.2 miles so Richard should have honored the Groupon.

I would give this 0 stars if I could.  I saw an ad for carpet cleaning and after reviewing their website called to ask some questions.  The woman who answered the phone was extremely rude.  I informed her that I saw the ad and had a couple of questions.  She asked for my address.  I informed her the location/community I lived in, but told her I had a few questions I needed answered first before I give out my address.  She again said she needed my address and then eventually she hung up on me.  I saw the ad on Craigslist and was being cautious.  The customer service I received was AWFUL.
