Clay replaced 2 water heaters for me in a 3 month period in a commercial property. He responded rapidly to calls, work was scheduled soon and job was perfectly done, both times. His price was competitive with other bids both times. I highly recommend.

Clay replaced a hot water tank for me. Although he was prompt and professional, he had left a gas pipe un-capped. When he returned to correct the problem, he did not bring adequate tools and said he would have to come back later. At that time I pointed out a problem I was having with the check valve he installed, and that I needed it replaced. He never returned to cap the gas pipe or replace the check valve, and I had to have someone else fix these problem. Would not recommend him based on his lack of follow-up to correct problems after he's been paid.
