Window Gang - Miami, FL

This is the second year I've used Window Gang.  the first year the service was great.  This year was off to a good start until the person I was dealing with (Claudia out of the MIami office) decided to stop responding to my calls and emails.  I booked close to 2K in services including pressuring cleaning the exterior of my entire house, driveways, patio, window washing etc.  I was sent two technicians that I could not communicate with because neither one of them spoke English.  I was able to get Claudia on the phone to discuss that there were certain things that were not completed with the job - including cleaning out the dryer vents and sealing all of the driveway and pressure cleaning that was done.  She promised she would send someone back within a few days to get done.  Given that this was right before Thanksgiving - I waited a week before following up.  Its been a total of 3 WEEKS since I had anyone back to finish the job that was started - and paid for.  Someone showed up over the weekend when I was not home to attempt to seal the driveway - 3 weeks after it was originally cleaned.  I have not been able to reach anyone from the offices or the numbers on the websites.  Its been radio silence from this company even after several unanswered text messages and calls to the contact's phone​.   Consider yourself warned before paying this company before the work is completed.  Major improvements should be made on the customer service side.  And I'm still waiting on a call to finish up the job that was paid for.

Booked a week in advance, had to contact them day of job as they didn't show up. Blamed it on a broken machine, mind you I was having windows cleaned. No clue what kind of machine they needed for cleaning windows. But really put me in a bind. Luckily Armando from Epiclean (305-504-0854) when contacted and told of my issue with the Window (machine less) Gang, made special arrangements to help me out. Call Armando, avoid this "Gangs" poor customer service.

Called for an appointment to have my windows cleaned inside/out on my vacation property in Miami Beach(small residential job/2 sliding doors and 6 windows). They said they needed to come out to give a quote. I tried to explain the fact that it was a small job and all windows can be cleaned from the balcony. This is probably a 30 minute job for 2 guys. Anyway, I scheduled the quote and they showed up a day earlier than the agreed appointment and I wasn't home. I rescheduled for the next day(the actual day of the original appointment) in the am. They never showed. I called them 3 times and they said they were on their way. They never showed. I never dealt with a more confused group and I think it is completely unprofessional to not show up. I WILL NEVER USE WINDOW GANG AND I SUGGEST YOU DON'T EITHER! By the way, I've never given a bad review of any company on Yelp.
